Operating Procedure

  • Once the initial sales contact has been made, Net2life begins work by understanding the customer requirements including deadlines and the scope of the project.
  • After requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon by both parties, we assign an account manager as a single point of access for our customers. This person handles all the communication between the customer and Net2life.
  • A project plan is prepared taking into consideration different milestones, deadlines and the optimal number of resources required for the project.
  • Once the plan is approved by the customer, the development begins in India. The customer is kept informed every stage of the way via different channels such as e-mail and live chat.
  • The project plan is updated at regular periodic intervals and the necessary status reports are provided as needed.
  • Necessary design reviews are conducted at appropriate stages of the project.
  • Once the project is completed as per the customer’s satisfaction, the deliverables are handed over to the customer.
Quality Control

    Quality is strictly controlled throughout the project by a dedicated team of testers. This team analyzes and thoroughly tests the code. It provides the necessary feedback to the development team to correct the coding errors (if any). The code is tested again to make sure it is defect free and is as per the requirements.

    This is a general methodology followed by us. There may be some variations depending on each project.
