Credit Appraisal System

Client: A Leading Cooperative Financial Institution.

Platform: Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 7.0

Summary:

This project facilitated the appraisal of applications received by the bank for various credit facilities. After receiving the financial data, the system works out all the financial ratios and compares them with the bank's norms and based on the results prepares the appraisal note for final sanction by the concerned authorities. It would also assist the banking personnel in constantly monitoring the loans already granted by comparing the current financial data with past results and projections made in the past. The software takes historical data of a company and generates various reports in the desired format. The previous year’s data like company details, Biodata of the Directors, Partners etc is not required to be filled again unless there is any change. The previous year’s data for Operating statement and Balance Sheet is also picked up by the System from the earlier year’s data.

Package for Indenting Agents in Plastic Industry

Client: For General Marketing.

Platform: Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 7.0

Summary:

This package provides facility of keeping track of indents placed with material supplier on behalf of client, material shipments as well. Full financial accounting module is incorporated in the package. Variety of reports is generated for indents/shipments details as well as for financial accounting purpose.

Details of Indents, Shipments are directly downloaded from the details available on internet. Similarly the details of various incentives are also downloaded in the software from internet.Customerwise creditnotes are also prepared simultaneously.As such the data entry load is reduced considerably resulting into saving of vauable time and maintaining accuracy.

This package is specially developed for agents of Reliance Inds Ltd (Polymer Division). However can be easily made suitable for agents of other Polymer manufacturers.

Printing Interface System

Client: Printing Interface system for various companies like Bajaj Auto,Hindustan Petroleum,Indian Rayon, Lubrizole India,TISCO and for various other clients.

Platform: Visual Basic 6.0, Visual FoxPro, SQL Server 7.0, Ms-Access 97, Oracle 8I.

Summary:

The tailor made interfacing software uses RS-232 protocol to communicate with Industrial Equipments like printers. Input data can be picked up by PLC,weight scale or Database as per requirement. After processing the data, it is sent over to the printer to print it on various media in predetermined format. Processed data can be stored in suitable database. Multiple Equipments can be controlled by a single PC.

Web Calendar

Client: For a Client in Iceland.

Platform: HTML, JSP, Java-Script, SQL Server 7.0

Summary:

It enables users to register various events like conferences, exhibitions etc. Additionally available resources like exhibition hall, conference rooms etc. were also managed. Web administrator has over all authorizations for registration. Email notification for fixed event was sent to concerned person.

Electronic document management system

Client: For a Client in Sweden.

Platform: Ms Word 97/2000/XP

Summary:

This project consisted of developing a template for creating forms in different languages. Additional functionality included switching fields in different languages using the appropriate buttons, converting documents from PDF to Word and Excel formats among others.

Workflow management

Client: For a Client in Germany.

Platform: Ms Excel 97/2000/XP, Ms-Exchange Server, Ms-Outlook

Summary:

This particular workflow system is designed to process ‘Leave Application’ and ‘Purchase Order’. The person who initiates the request for Leave or Purchase, can send the excel document for approval to concerned person. The document can be sent only to the registered users in Global Address List of Exchange Server. The document can also be sent as CC where recipient can access this document in ‘Read Only’ mode.
